Our client is a French enterprise who has subsidiaries in Czech Republic, Brazil, USA and China. Our client is being one of the larger producers of piston cooling jet and other automobile spare parts, its products are gradually adopted by automobile and components producers. Our client has established stable cooperation with several big automobile producers and its products are widely used in Volkswagen, Audi, GM, Peugeot, Citroen, Hyundai, Toyota, BMW and so on.

Responsibility

• Responsible for the purchase plan, tech confirmation, equipment administration and management inciuding company and supervise the equip maintenance.

• Responsible for the inspection of the experiment for the new machine and draft related to receive report.

• In charge of the daily management, maintenance and upgrade affairs for the equipment and facility.

• Draft working format of the operation and organize the\ staffs for the tutorials related.

• Program the launch and apply of the leading department and cooperate with Product team to improve the project.

• Take responsible for investigating, analyzing, processing and uploading the accident of the equipment.

• NPI new product introduction include production lines reception 、process verification、equipment verification、feedback lessons from experiences.

• Process develop include solve and countermeasure quality problem ,follow and implement.

• Process management include creation、update、continuous process improvement and follow up;

• Develop of a global internal KPI system (Following development of Production System), KPI creation, sharing and follow up (including close relation with Prod dep)

• MPDM include follow internal process,check and accept tooling,verify new tooling,manage and maintain tooling ,feedback lessons of tooling problem to French team.

  
  Requirement

• Educational background in electronic engineering, thermal power and automation，mechanical design and automation bachelor degree or above；

• French citizen

• Familiar with the principle, function and troubleshooting of various equipment for auto parts manufacturing;

• Mechanical manufacturing field automotive industry priority;

• Have good grasp of assets management, equipment development and maintenance.

• Familiar with Masters PLC coding software (e.g. Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron. People majors in Schneider PLC have the priority)

• Use at least one 2D and 3D software, CAD and pro-e preferred ；

• Good time management as well as great leadership and group spirit with cooperating, planning, executing, communicating and strain ability.

• Honest and earnest. Have strong consciousness of responsibility as well as affinity and professionalism.

• Good adaptation and stability of work and willing to further with the company.
