Detailed Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for products including Server，Storage，Networking sustaining work,

Issues tracking, failure analysis, yield improvement etc. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Execute products test working, co-work with other function teams like software，hardware  etc. , to make sure the products in optimal condition;

- Support Field/Factory issues analysis; execute the test case and test method to imitate field failure mode;

- Execute products qualification for 2nd source, alternate part, EC change, or customer specific change requirements;

- Prepare the test SOP to standardize the test case and method;

- Execute products qualification for reliability, thermal, signal measurement, SIT test;

- Test report writing, Issue tracking and feedback;

- Support NPI and NPI to MP transition.

 

 

Key Skills:
- BS or Master degree in computer science/Electrical/Electronics.
- A minimum of 2+ year hands on products test and issue analysis experience, better on enterprise products (E.g. server, 

Storage, and networking);

- Experience on x86 platform products will be a plus;

- Familiar with server, storage, networking products, and experience on high speed signal test will be a plus;

- Familiar with product’s mechanical /thermal test, experience on using relative tools to analyze issues will be a plus;

- Experience on optical transportation product test will be a plus;

- Strong execution, debugging and testing skills;

- Experience on reliability, thermal, SIT and safety test will be a plus;

- Experience on server, storage, networking production test will be a plus;

-  Knowledge of C/C++, Java, Shell/Perl/Python programming languages.

- Good English read, write and conversation skills. CET4 is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills. Has the good team cooperation spirit
