7、Optimize process parameters and operational management work flow, identify waste points for every step of process, develop continuous improvement actions for all waste points and cost control, achieve the most optimized value chain.

8、Responsible for monitoring, promoting and implementation for Q-RMP in production department, make sure that it comes to product safety and quality of links according to the company’s rules and laws and regulations. 9、Bachelor’s Degree major in Food Science, Food Engineering, Biochemistry or Mechanical Engineering related. Know well in continuous improvement technologies, equipment design and process design.

食品科学、食品工程、生物或机械工程相关学士学位。了解持续改进技术，设备设计和工艺设计。

10、Good understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems, Strong leadership, thinking & problem solving, and communication skills.

11、Be able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving; gathering and analyzing project data.
