岗位职责

• Assist quality engineer to follow up quality task of new product development
• 协助工程师进行新产品开发质量事务的跟踪
• Support engineer to draft quality control plan
• 协助工程师编写质量控制计划
• Quality checklist and Q-gate prepare
• 检验规范编写
• Carry out the daily inspection and periodic conformity inspection according to testing plan
• 根据测试计划进行日常巡检以及定期确认
• Quality problem handling and root cause analysis
• 过程中质量异常处理和原因分析
• Quality information collection, statistic and analysis
• 质量信息收集、统计和分析
• FPY monitoring and improvement (5M1E) for better quality and efficiency.
• FPY的监控和推动改进(5M1E)
• 5S and safety in workshop
• 现场5S和安全

岗位要求

• Technical secondary school or above, experience with low voltage equipment and switchgear are preferred.
• 中专以上学历, 有低压电器以及成套设备检验经验优先
• Have a low voltage electrician certificate
• 持有低压电工证书
• Clear Logic, strong willingness to learn and implementation;
• 清晰的逻辑思维，很强的学习能力和执行力
• Take responsibility and accountability, work in shifts
• 勇挡责任, 能适应一定的倒班
• Good at communication skills;
• 良好的沟通能力
• Good experience with various quality tools (5why, 8D, 7QC tools, etc) to identify and analysis the quality issue.
• 熟悉质量工具( 5why, 8D，QC7大手法等)，并应用于实际问题解决的经验
• Have some experience in document writing
• 一定的文件编写经验
• At least 3 years related working experience.
• 三年以上同行业工作经验
