Position：Process Quality Control Engineer-过程质量工程师

Responsibility：

• Responsible for vehicle process quality control(Including Stamping\BIW\Paint\GA)

• According to the inspection process to strictly carry out process quality control, ensure the products meet the quality standards.

• Compile working instruction for each quality control station and coach technician to conduct process inspection according to operation instruction.

• Responsible for inspection record and feedback result to team.

• Make sure the inspectors record the problems accurately, completely, timely and neatly on the specified card.

• Timely feedback major and batch quality problems according to product process quality control procedures.

• Regularly release process quality inspection results and original analysis data for quality improvement.

• Responsible for problem analysis and verification.
• span>
• According to the identified issues, organize the team to analyze the problems, find the root cause and develop ICA/PCA, track and verify the improvement results.

Requirement：

• 5 years+ experience in OEM for process quality control related work.
• Bachelor Degree in engineering related majors.
• Excellent cross functional team management skill
• Good team work sprint and strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills in bilingual.
• Computer Knowledge: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
