As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Turbocharging Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

• Identify, propose, advise and support business process improvement initiative. Approach the business actively to continuously check for possibility to further automate and optimize business process in close cooperation with BU process engineering.
• Close cooperation with business to identify process improvement potential enabled by provided BU application strategy.
• Ensure that project follow BU and group project governance rule.
• Main LBU Speaking partner for all relevant team in relation to CATIA / Smarteam / 3DX / SAP PDR / ATURB / ZSDB and other related application.
• Coordination of application strategy and implementation in the role as local application owner in close cooperation with LPGs / LBU, global application owner and local IS delivery function.
• Support implementation and change to the application from business side. Build up and extend application specific
• knowledge about LBU business process and application landscape. Active Support to guarantee that Power user received required training/knowledge to ensure efficient usage of the application.
• Ensure high quality of data in close cooperation with power user and end user to optimize value for business.
• Lead and coach local power user organization, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice.
• Represent BU interest in IS project in the role as local application owner for assigned CATIA / Smarteam / 3DX / SAP PDR / ATURB / ZSDB and other related application.

• Contribute to evaluation of new application in close cooperation with the IATU global Process Engineer, the local BEM in China and other stakeholder.
• Consulting of business prior and during implementation of process optimization in IS application.
• Contribute to the increase of LBU process efficiency or value creation with new business model / capturing new business opportunity through digitalization. Support initiation of corresponding improvement project in close cooperation with LPGs / LBU / BU.
• Control the proper implementation of the LBU, BU and group quality and IT standard in the course of process improvement project. For the assigned process domain ensure the alignment to application and infrastructure service

• Experience with usage of Dassault SW (CATIA V5 / V6, Smarteam / 3DExperience), MS Dynamics CRM (ATURB), SAP (SAP PDR, product master data mgmt., variant configuration) and Engineering Change Management.
• Expertise at Business process about LBU.
• Innovative and holistic network thinking in process and IS environment.
• Professional (organizational and technical) in Change Management, Proactive Escalation, Conflict Management and Project Management (Agile / Hybrid approach).
