iSoftStone is looking for a Process Excellence (PEX) Specialist to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Department in our Beijing Headquarters. The PEX Specialist is dedicated to the delivery of optimized delivery through statistical process control. As a member of the PEX team, the PEX Specialist has the opportunity to support the BPO through a period of growth, by taking the lead in the creation and improvement of scalable, robust, and streamlined business and production processes to ensure we meet our customers’ needs.

Job Description:

- Define key measurable business areas in collaboration with the PEX team and department stakeholders
- Measure, manage, analyze and interpret projects’ key data performance indicators linked to quality, scope, schedule, budgets and benefits
- Design data experiments to assist management with strategic resource planning
- Use data for quality control and auditing purposes
- Deliver ongoing reports for management and internal use
- Explain complex data and trends to team members
- Increase the success rate of projects by using established project management approaches
- Contribute to the definition, development, implementation and maintenance of PE methodologies to be employed
- Seek constantly to improve BPO processes, through active promotion of key values of PEX Team

Qualifications:

- Advanced knowledge and demonstrable application of statistical methods in a business environment
- Experience with Six Sigma and DMAIC
- Proven ability to use quality management tools for process analysis
- Project Management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including good presentation
- Detail-oriented, results driven
- Native or near-native English proficiency

Education and Experience:

At least two years of relevant working experience and bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics Industrial Engineering or Operations Research, or an industry related field of study. Masters degree preferred.
