Job Description:

1. Be responsible for process innovation and automation on a monthly basis.

2. Be willing to working out the roadmap and the plan of Process innovation and automation.

3. Coordinate and cooperate with production team to realize innovation and automation against the planned timeline.

Requirements:

1. More than 10 years working experience in the similar industrial field, especially mechatronic or mechanical industry.

2. Bachelor degree or above, mechanic engineering education background is preferred.

3. Be open-mined with more flexible thinking.

4. Be integrity and can work under higher pressure.

5. Be familiar with lean tools, i.e.6 sigma, lean/cell manufacturing, automation experience is preferred.

6. Be familiar with process control tool, especially SPC, FMEA, Control plan, FA and so on.

7. Fluent in English and better communication is preferred.

8. Fluent in windows office and AutoCAD and other design tools.
