職務說明

• Maintain and promote daily safe and clean work environment in high standard through educating personnel on equipment, resources, procedures and policies
• Lead construction, installation, and qualification of new equipment
• Lead the transfer of our patented coating technology to our new facility
• Drive new product/processes and cost-saving projects through product launch and scale up
• Lead efforts to design, source, build, and install new equipment or modifications to improve quality, throughput, reduce waste, and reduce cost
• Support Lean initiatives and be an active member on all Gemba walks and kaizen improvement projects
• Cooperate with R&D and Production teams for new product commercialization
• Manage Quality and regulatory compliance for different products.
• Maintain a set of SOP's and document process changes
• Assist in troubleshooting & failure analysis, and implement change in process for profitability

理想的應徵者

• Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing and process engineering experience/ Preferred Chemical background
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally including and not limited to USA that travel to the US is expected during the first 6 months to learn priority technology
