Main Tasks:

• Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
• Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation.
• Coordinate the consumption of chemicals, raw and auxiliary materials.
• Check and optimize parameters of environmental impact regularly.
• Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production).
• Implementation of TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001.
• Follow the 5s standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.
• Process continuous improvement and cost saving
• Operator training and technician training
• Process related arrangement on material, tool

Competency and Responsibility Requirements

• College, bachelor degree, major in engineering.
• 5-8 years’ experience in related industry advantageous.
• Basic Written and oral English.
• Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
• Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
• Good at manufacturing FMEA ,CP, Root cause analyzing
• Good stress management skills
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
