1）RFQ (labor cost) calculation

2）take the ownership of NPI phase

3）take the responsibility of Jig/fixture for new project including verify the jig/fixture is working When receipt

4）take the responsibility of trainning the testing procedure to outsource factory

5）SOP generation/confirmation for RMA or defective rework

6）Fix the issues during production

7）optimize the manufacuring process for cost down

1）新产品Labor cost评估

2）新产品资料收集与确认以及主导NPI

3）新产品治具/夹具的制作

4）新产品测试方法的移交及培训

5）RMA品或批量返工品的方法，SOP制定，确认。

6）制程异常的处理

7）对批量生产机型进行制程优化及Cost down

2. Position Requirements（任职要求）

1）over 5 years Process engineer or IE engineer experience in SMT factory

2）is familiar with PCB DFM and PCBA DFM

3）is familar with NPI process

4）is familar with schematic and have capability in debug

5）full expereince in SMT factory process and could handle of process optimization

6）CET 4 and could read/write mail in English

1）有三年以上电子行业PE工作经验及IE工作经验

2）熟悉制作PCB DFM以及PCBA DFM以及PFMEA

3）熟悉NPI导入流程，以及懂得运用实施

4）懂电子原理图，能分析制程中的功能不良品

5）熟悉电子工厂的流程，能对生产制程进行优化

6）英语四级或以上，能用英文阅读，写邮件以及沟通
