Accountabilities：

1.Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)

2.Define and review process & safety drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design or inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)

3.Execute process & safety consulting projects or QRA/FEA analysis

4.Define Bureau Veritas interventions

5.Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques

6.Execute or supervise (required by more experienced Engineer) design review or inspection according to predefined QHSE plan and the established design or inspection procedures / techniques

7.Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables

8.Ensure quality of design review or inspection according to BV Quality System (required by more experienced Engineer)

9.Interpret results of survey or inspection (required by more experienced Engineer)

10.Treatment of Non-Conformities / corrective actions

11.Review and appraise inspection procedures

12.Maintain internal and external communication

13.Design and deliver training for customers and new engineers (required by more experienced Engineer)

14.Promote Bureau Veritas service portfolio to clients (required by more experienced Engineer)

15.Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment

16.Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge Management)

17.Customer relation management (required by more experienced Engineer)

18.Mentor one or more less experienced Engineers (required by more experienced Engineer)

19.Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

20.Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements：

1. 至少2~3年石油石化或化工医药等设计经验（工艺或工艺系统专业），或者至少2~3年石油石化或化工医药等操作经验

Min.2-3years of experience in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical design(Process dicipline or system dicipline), or Min.2-3 years of experience in petrochemical, chemical or pharmaceutical operation.

2. 有完整设计项目经验者优先

Complete design project experience is preferred

教育背景Education background

1. 本科或以上学位，化学工程、化工工艺及相关专业

Bachelor or above degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or related majors

技能Skills

1. 熟悉化工单元操作的设计和运行

Familiar with chemical unit design and operation

2. 熟悉API,ASME,EN,NFPA等国际标准，以及GB,HG,SH等国内标准

Familiar with International codes( API,ASME,EN,NFPA,etc.), and domestic codes(GB,HG,SH,etc.)

2. 日常英语和专业英语熟练

Familiar with Daily English and professional English
