? Conformance to Environmental, Health and Safety codes of Ingredion and local regulatory requirement

?Responsible for food safety compliance management and timely / accurate reporting against both Ingredion and local regulatory standards.

? Responsible for process capability management and improvement by supervision and review on-site process, process issues trouble shooting guidance to front line team and procedures solution providing.

?Responsible for driving manufacturing successful rate, reaction efficiency improvement, first pass compliance improvement for both flash dryer, drum dryer and blending line.

?Responsible for production veracity and traceability through the supervision of work order and batch production record.

? Responsible for off code product control, handling and management.

?Principle leader to control and manage product recipes, process parameters, internal control spec and process flow chart.

? Production-quality interface and cooperate with other functions to well maintain in-process quality and investigate in-process related quality issues, identify root cause and implement corrective action.

? Principle leader of drum products to improve process capability and product quality consistency.

?Participate in new process introduction including design, review, execution and commissioning and make sure owner’s inputs well covered.

? Support production supervisor for new product launch including process parameters exploration, on-site trial, documentation and training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

? Qualifications – degree in chemical or engineering.

?Experience–min. 2 years in working experience within a multinational company and manufacturing facility

preferred.

? Engineering & Process Knowledge – Experience & knowledge in chemical or food industry;

Experience in process/engineering is a plus.

? EHS Knowledge - EHS awareness and knowledge (Work Permit, LOTOTO, MOC, etc.)

?GMP Knowledge - Good knowledge of GMP and Lean manufacturing, basic knowledge of GB food safety law and ISO9001/FSSC22000 system, etc.

? PC Skills - Skills with PC software like Visio, Excel, Word and Project, etc.

? Language skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

? Communication skills - Good communications skills, open mind and problem-solving skills.

? Networking & influencing – comfortable and effective at communicating with multiple

stakeholders at different levels to get “buy-in”.
