Job Purpose

岗位目的

The Process Engineer will lead team to set up projects, analyze the existing engineering techniques and improve working methods to minimize costs and time, and increase the yields and productivity, ensuring the quality of final products.

工艺工程师负责带领团队开展项目，通过对现有工程技术的分析，改良生产方法等手段，以达到最优的时间分配和生产成本，提高产量和生产效率，并改善最终产品的品质。

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. New Project Support

新项目支持

a. Develop the layout plan for new project. Ergonomics and safety issues should be considered.

制定符合人体工程学的、安全可行的新项目布局规划。

b. Drive strategy of production improvement to create lower cost on material and personnel and make high efficiency on the equipment and the operation.

改善生产方式，降低物料及人力成本，提高设备与人员的生产效率。

c. Carry out motion study to evaluate cycle time for new program, and develop standardized work or work instruction.

开展动作研究，对新项目进行工时评估，制定标准作业和指导书。

d. Develop lean equipment for supporting the standardized works.

开发简洁的设备支持标准作业。

e. In charge of the valuable input of the component design for production and prevent design-in-error.

负责评估零部件设计，预防错误设计。

f. Be mastered in PFMEA and review the control plan.

精通PFMEA，负责审核控制计划。

g. Be involved in the trial run to check the production system design.

组织试生产，评估生产系统设计。

2. Daily Production Support

日常生产支持

a. Maintain accurate layout of area assigned and be in charge of the 5S management.

负责现场规划及5S管理。

b. Time study and standard time definition.

进行工时测量及标准时间定义。

c. Be involved in daily production issue’s solving.

解决日常生产的问题。

d. In charge of Lean Manufacturing projects during production, keep doing analysis on current production to find out the bottleneck point. Assist the cross-function team to work on the continuous improvement program (productivity/quality improvement; team work on scrap reducing; pull system application, etc.).

负责生产过程的精益生产项目，持续分析生产过程的瓶颈，协调交叉团队持续改善制程（生产力/质量改善、团队协作减少操作废料、拉动系统应用与运行等）。

e. Analyze work force utilization, facility layout and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, production schedules, etc., to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.

分析工时利用率、设备使用及生产数据，如：生产成本、生产流程、生产计划等，提高设备及人员的工作效率。

3. Perform additional duties as directed by manager.

上级安排的其它工作。

Qualification

任职资格

1. College education or above, and graduated from IE (Industrial Engineering), Engineering, Mechanical or related majors.

大专以上学历，IE（工业工程），工程或机械等相关专业。

2. One to three years' relevant working experience.

一至三年左右相关工作经验。

3. Familiar with the computer knowledge, especially skilled in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, etc.

良好的的电脑知识，能熟练运用Microsoft Office和Auto CAD等软件。

4. Able to read and interpret product drawings, component drawings, product specifications and technical documentation.

能够看懂产品图纸、零部件图纸、产品规格和技术文件等。

5. Good English ability of speaking and writing is preferred.

具有良好的英语读说写能力者优先考虑。

6. Hard-working and a good team player with the consciousness of responsibility.

7. Able to communicate and coordinate effectively by proper interpersonal skills.
