• Continuousimprovement of Processes, materials and equipment with respect to HSE, Qualityand Cost in corporation with global Process Engineers. Shared, customersatisfaction. expense claims/reimbursement

• Monitoring,data collection and follow up on processes to ensure a stable controlled andstandardized production set up WW. Full, customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Full, customer satisfaction.

• Ensuringexcellent cooperation and knowledge sharing in local organization as well as inglobal technical organization. Full, customer satisfaction.

• Implementationof Production Process changes at local facility in corporation with globalprocess Engineers. Shared, customer satisfaction.

What doI need to qualify for this job?

• Preferably5 years P/M/E Engineer or similar technical background from a productioncompany

• Leanphilosophies and thinking

• HSEtools tools e.g. Process House, Workspace, eQMS, product and processdocumentation.

• RiskAssessment. Systematic and analyzing approach to task.

• Troubleshooting and Root Course Analysis.

• Goodunderstanding of intercultural behavior as well as an interest in workingacross functions and national borders. Preferable transnationalexperience.

• Skilleduser of Excel, PowerPoint

• GoodEnglish language skill

• Goodteam player and quick learner, willing to work hard and flexibly
