• BS degree in physical sciences. Chemistry preferred.

• Able to communicate effectively in writing and orally in Chinese and English.

• Demonstrates an ability to analyse problems and suggest solutions.

• Computer literate

• Prior laboratory and manufacturing experience desired.

• 本科以上学历，理科。化学专业优先考虑。

• 能够用英、中文以口语和书面写作的形式进行有效的沟通。

• 具备分析并解决问题的能力

• 计算机熟练。

• 拥有实验室和生产企业工作经验。

Principle Job Accountabilities 工作职责描述

• To identify relevant technical issues of manufacture process,and cooperate with different functions to solve them.

• To manage trials of new equipment and products,and provide suitable technical parameters to ensure products quality.

• To lead relevant trials and complete reports as required.

• To perform and complete projects or tasks as assigned, to produce written reports as necessary.

• To support production department in the resolution of technical issues.

• To cooperate with all relevant departments to solve day to day problems of quality and technical issues.

• To responsible to ensure that any permanent changes made to the formulation or process must be made using the change control or deviation system.

• Assist in product design transfers

• Assist in validation of new processes or products or to current processes and products where substantial change has been made

• To comply by law of company,and work according to requirement of company.

• To execute the environmental policy and objectives, and ISO14001 quality management system requirements, in order to reduce the Primary impact on the environment.

• 识别生产环节中的有关技术问题，并与不同团队合作解决。

• 负责新设备、新产品的试验并获得合适的技术参数，确保产品质量。

• 负责相关试验，并确保建立相应报告。

• 执行并按要求完成分配的项目或任务，必要时形成书面报告。

• 在技术问题决定方面支持生产。

• 与相关部门协调配合，解决日常工作中出现的质量及技术问题。

• 负责并确保任何长时间改变配方和过程必须使用更改控制或偏差体系。

• 协助产品设计转移.

• 协助验证新工艺或新产品，或对发生重大改动的现有工艺或产品进行校验

• 遵守公司的相关规定，按公司要求完成工作。

• 明确公司环境方针和目标及ISO14001体系的要求，尽可能减少配料过程中对环境产生的影响
