• Setup of the production equipment and be responsible for achieving output target as well as the products meet all company and customer requirements

• Must make sure that the related process step follows strictly the standard parameter, SOP and SIP

必须确保 SOP 和 SIP 相关的处理步骤根据严格的标准参数

• Monitor the production incl. parameter adjustment when necessary, deal with quality failures (appearance and dimension) and machine alarms

监控生产及参数调整, 必要时,应对质量故障 (外观和尺寸) 和机器警报

• Fill out the related production daily reports with correct data at the end of shift and submit it immediately to Shift leader

在班次的最后填写相关的生产日报表和正确的数据并立即向领班提交

• Be able to setup production for equipment and tool, can deal with common defects. Inform shift leader or supervisor in time, if defect cannot be solved by him/herself

能够安装生产设备和工具, 可以处理常见的缺陷, 如果不能自己解决及时通知轮班主管或主管.

• Before set up the machine, must confirmed the machine running smoothly, durning mass production.

每次开机前必须要检查机器的状况，保证在正常生产中不会产生异常。

• Regularly check the compliance with EHS procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment.

定期检查符合 EHS 的程序和法规, 包括工业安全设备的正确使用

• Reduce the down time,&cycle time in the process,enhance the process stability and production efficiency.
• 减少停机时间,减少生产 周期时间和提高稳定性和生产效率.
• If short of manpower temporary during on the normal production, he/she must be in charge of this job.

如果现场暂时缺少作业员时必须顶上这个岗位，不能让机器停线。

• Participate in daily 5S philosophy and need to keep their work area clean and in order

参与日常 5S 理念和需要保持他们工作区域的整洁和秩序

Perform daily maintenance of the equipment and keep them in good working status

• College or high school graduate, preferably Engineering major

大专或高中以上学历, 最好是工程专业

• More than 2-3 years working experience in screen printing field.

在丝网移印领域有 2-3 年以上工作经验

• Can independent operation running the screen printing machine ，including regular simple daily maintenance, daily maintenance + weekly maintenance + monthly Maintenance + annual maintenance.

能够独立操作丝网印刷机器，包括定期的简单日常维护和保养（日保养+周保养+月保养+年度保养）。
