1. In charge of antibody humanization, affinity optimization, antibody characterization for developability analysis.

2. Antibody homology modeling and protein simulation by multiple protein analysis software is preferred.

3. Expertise in protein expression and protein purification in mammalian systems, familiar with FPLC/HPLC, ion-exchange, etc.

4. Keep a close watch on the leading-edge developments of therapeutic antibody and immunotherapy; understand global and local therapeutic antibody markets. Be involved in new drug development strategy setting up and targets exploration.
及时跟踪和了解国内外药物发展动态，参与制定项目的开发策略。

1. Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics/computational biology/protein engineering related fields.
要求具有抗体工程，计算机生物学或有抗体结构分析经验背景的博士。
2. Strong expertise at antibody humanization, affinity optimization, antibody characterization for developability analysis, e.g. PTM optimization, homogeneity, TM, stability etc.
熟悉抗体人源化，抗体亲和成熟, 抗体表征验证与成药性分析，例如，PTM位点优化，TM，同质性，稳定性分析等。
3. Familiarity with protein expression (mammalian cell expression system) and protein purification (purification of tagged or untagged protein from cells or organisms by FPLC/HPLC systems, experience in purification of engineered protein and transmembrane protein).
熟悉真核重组蛋白表达系统，优先考虑具有蛋白表达与纯化经验者。
4. Excellent skills in problems solving, proficient in communication in English and English writing. 具备很好的分析解决问题的能力，以及英语读写沟通的能力。
5. Ability to work in collaborative environment and contribute to team projects. Ability to work without close supervision and enjoys working with other people within an international team and in a dynamic environment.
