Responsibilities:

1. In charge of antibody discovery from hybridoma platform.

2. Keep a close watch on the leading-edge developments of therapeutic antibody and immunotherapy; understand global and local therapeutic antibody markets. Be involved in new drug development strategy setting up and targets exploration.
及时跟踪和了解国内外药物发展动态，参与制定项目的开发策略。

1. Ph.D. degree in molecular/cell biology, antibody discovery on hybridoma platform, and related fields.
要求具有抗体工程，杂交瘤抗体筛选经验背景的博士。
2. Strong expertise at hybridoma antibody generation, antibody screening, antibody characterization for developability analysis.
熟悉杂交瘤抗体发现，抗体筛选, 抗体表征验证与分析。
3. Excellent skills in problems solving, proficient in communication in English and English writing. 具备很好的分析解决问题的能力，以及英语读写沟通的能力。
4. Ability to work in collaborative environment and contribute to team projects. Ability to work without close supervision and enjoys working with other people within an international team and in a dynamic environment.

5. Strong background of tumor biology is preferred.
