Job descriptions:

• Leadand manage the project team, make the project plan, and guide the completion ofthe project analysis.
• Responsiblefor establishing and validating research methods, conducting drug qualityresearch and stability research, and finally establishing specification.
• Preparationof relevant materials of drug analysis registration.
• Assistthe formulation department in central control and product release.
• Guideand train the analysis team.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy related majors, 5 years of undergraduate or 3 year of master'swork experience.
• Skillful at HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS and other analytical instruments, ability to develop and validate methods independently, familiar with drug development, registration related regulations and technical requirements.
• Good at finding, analyzing and solving problems;
• Has strong hands-on ability, andwith good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in English, especially with strong reading and writingskills.
