Job Title: Senior / Principle Scientist
Department: in vitro biology
Reports To: Director
Primary Location: Shanghai City
Job Type: Experienced

Essential Skills
Solid knowledge of biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology or cancer biology.
Hand-on experience in biochemical and cell biology assays. Ability to develop the assays for testing compounds/drugs is highly appreciated.
Ability to identify critical issues and to provide solutions in research.
Ability to design and to lead biology support for oncology drug discovery.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise associate scientists on a daily basis
Effectively communicate with team members and clients for project updates
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology or other biological disciplines. Oversea study experience is preferred.
1-5 years of postdoctoral or industrial experience degree is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese
