o Building executive level relationships at strategic semiconductor accounts o Understanding current and future trends, industry dynamics, industry leaders, technical cadence and influences and the impacts of those against targeted accounts o Planning, organising and supervising other engineers involvement for emerging growth applications to ensure success within the account, ranging from software and hardware architecture to cross teams interlocks o Co-Authoring business strategies with Account Manager(s), Marketing and Business Development leaders to drive revenue growth at target account through o Working with various internal stakeholders in the creation and messaging of company's value within targeted application area(s), growing brand awareness and success across industry and strategic accounts o Leveraging industry, application area, and account knowledge to uncover and influence customer future technical needs and challenges generating further technical demand for products, services, and support

Education level: Bachelor or Master degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) 10+ years of relevant Semiconductor industry experience in the areas of: * RFIC or mixed-signal IC testing and validation * RF FEM, On-Wafer test, IPD, ADC/DAC, LED, MEMS sensor * Software and system development, including test case development * Text-Based Programming C++, VB, Java, etc. * Test Executive (SmarTest, IG-XL) * Major semiconductor ATE platform (V93000, Ultra, J750, Pax, etc) o 3+ years in a customer-facing role as a technical team lead/manager with commercial sense o Experience communicating directly with customers at executive level o Willing and able to travel - within Taiwan and China (20% estimated), APAC and US (5% estimated) o Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. Good command in English
