The Client starts to run education program since 2006. Currently the client runs Bilingual Kindergartens, International Schools together.

From 2016, client starts the Strategic Corporation with one Famous British Education Group. This partner has very good reputation in UK and is planning to bring high quality education service for Chinese students.

Currently, client already have one successful program keep running, and will set up more schools in recent years.

1. Responsible for management of academic affairs and management of subject teacher's affairs.

2. Responsible for maintaining regular contact with British Partner and maintaining good relationship with all school's strategical partners.

3. Work with senior management team to maintain the school's daily running efficiently and effectively.

4. Work with senior management team to formulate school's development plan and the rules and regulations and the relevant implementation.

5. Responsible for keeping improvement of the performance of teachers and teaching quality to ensure the best possible academic achievement and the best outcomes and final results.

6. Team up with marketing team to coordinate and support student recruitment activities/Scholl open day and education exhibitions.

7. Teamed up with student management team to organise and coordinate all kinds of extra curriculum activities.

8. Accomplishment of any other duties for the school's establishment and development.

1. Master degree in Education or other equivalent qualification.

2. At least Five years UK high school management experience, with at least 3 years Vice Principal experience with proven record.

3. High level competency with macro-management at strategic issues and micro-operation at daily running of a school.

4. Excellent understanding of both UK education system Chinese education system and working experience at cross-cultural environment.

5. Excellent teamwork and excellence in team building and team cohesion in a multiple culture environment.

6. Comprehensive skills in leadership to mobilise and motivate faculty to achieve the best possible results of academic achievement and school development.

7. Loving Chinese Culture and willing to work in China.
