Context

We're proud to be well positioned with our Cloud ERP/EPM portfolio and in order to fuel our current and future growth within our BeNeLux Consulting Practice, we are currently planning to hire one experienced ERP Finance Lead Consultant for our team based in Vilvoorde.

The Oracle ERP SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud Solutions for our clients.  Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client.  The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results. 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE – ERP CLOUD FINANCE LEAD CONSULTANT 

We are looking for a Lead Consultant who master our ERP Cloud Finance solutions, business processes and technology design within the Finance domain. The Consultant will be part of the ERP France team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization.

• Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business
• Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs
• Work closely with other departments (eg Client Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales)
• Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design
• Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP
• Execute the set-up of the system and assure

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Master Business degree/ University and or Bachelor degree in Business Economics and or Financial Management
• Proven > 5 years’ experience working with Oracle ERP Finance Systems and or Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems
• Any Oracle ERP Cloud Finance experience is a plus. 
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
• Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to their Finance Operation and Administration, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions
• Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (e.g. professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time reporting)
• Ability to travel as needed. Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.
• Fluency in Dutch; good level in English
• Excellent organization and time management skills
