As part of BNY Mellon OMNI Digital Services, the Solution Design and Delivery practice works with clients to architect and deliver BNY Mellon technology. The group’s extensive experience helps clients bring to life their technology operations, as well as gain the most value from their ongoing investments in BNY Mellon Asset Servicing and Digital capabilities. Working as an extension of the client’s organization, we bring a hands-on agile program management approach throughout all phases of the financial technology delivery process, including solutions design, functional planning, onboarding, implementation and optimization. The practice experts use their decades of significant domain expertise to reliably guide clients through the technology transformation process and enable them to focus on core business objectives. Strategically develops and grows the scope of the business. Manages large and high profile projects to achieve milestones, adhere to reporting standards, scope and budgetary requirements. Ensure clients are achieving value from BNY’s products and solutions. Works with internal accounting operations to ensure revenue realization. Owns project level risks, issues, scope and status of resolution. Manages staff and creates team cohesion. Leads the recruiting process and mentors and develops quality resources. Leads the business development efforts to identify and close e business opportunities within new and existing accounts. Conducts periodic project reviews and leads executive communication and governance for client and internal stakeholders. Outstanding oral and written communication skills including writing proposals, project plans, specifications, status reports, etc. Solid client liaison skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred but not required. Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of large and highly visible projects. Excellent understanding of technology and the full suite of the proprietary technologies. Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management. Securities or financial product experience preferred.
