Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
➢Cooperate with Chinese homeroom teachers to manage the classroom and maintain good home-school
communication.
➢Provide about 25 periods of 40 minutes instruction per week, include but not limited to English, mathematics,
science, social studies and other subjects, plus Units of Inquiry (UOI) modelled on IB PYP practice and cocurricular activities (CCA) etc.
➢Take duties during the break time according to duty rosters.
➢ Attend weekly staff meetings, group lesson planning meetings, etc.
➢Design the curriculum according to the school's teaching schedule, using international teaching concepts and
methods.
➢ Develop appropriate teaching programmes, provide guidance to students on learning methods, cultivate
learning habits, provide timely feedback on students' lessons and continuously improve the quality of teaching
services.
➢ Cooperate with admissions and marketing work as required.
➢Complete tasks as delegated by your line managers and/or principals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, holding TEFL \ TESOL certificate.
➢ Native English-speaking nationality and meet the requirements for a work visa.
➢Love education, abide by the law, have good moral character, good health, love students, and dedication to their work.
➢ Have professional skills and rich teaching experience.
➢Versatile and able to provide students with a wealth of curriculum related activities.
➢ Good rapport, gentle personality, and excellent communication skills.
➢ A high degree of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to teach in collaboration with other teachers.
➢Advanced education and teaching concepts and the spirit of innovation.
➢International schools, bilingual schools or related positions work experience is preferred
Benefit Package:
➢Monthly competitive salary: up to 30k RMB per month and housing allowance pre-tax contingent on qualifications and experience.
➢10k RMB Airfare allowance per year(back to home country )with the boarding pass and invoice
➢2k RMB relocation bonus outside of Changsha upon arrival.
