Requirements
1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above required (education related majors preferred);
3.At least 2 years of previous teaching experience;
4.Create quality lessons that encourage student participation in the class ;
5.Work on curriculum development, which includes preparing effective diverse lesson units based on the school’s curriculum formats;
6.Be aware of, plan for and adapt to students' English level, competency, and personality
7.Meet school standards regarding lesson and material quality, classroom management, punctuality, and constructive attitude
8.Design authentic assessments and measure their effectiveness according to the requirements.
9.Maintain and update students’ records including grading all required
documents and give comments if needed;
