Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:
- Accept and fulfill the work assignments provided by the school.
- Develop and complete curriculum plans at a professional level, ensuring teaching tasks are effectively executed.
- Supplement, research, and develop curriculum for international education programs.
- Correct and provide feedback on students' assignments and test papers, and offer after-school tutoring as needed.
- Assess and address students' individual needs, monitor their learning progress, and provide timely feedback.
- Complete score reports at the end of each school term.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities, teacher and student events, and parent meetings.
- Engage in committees within the school.
- Attend and contribute to teacher training sessions focused on international education.
- Serve as a trainer or mentor, focusing on professional development, security resources, team building, and mutual support.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over two years of relevant work experience.
- A valid teacher qualification certificate.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in multimedia and computer office software.
- Rigorous, careful, patient, and friendly demeanor with strong cooperation and communication skills.
