Job Description:
Qingdao Baishan School, a well established private bilingual school is seeking a qualified, experienced Lower Elementary ESL teacher for a August start.

Candidate requirements for the position:
1) Bachelor's degree or higher required for visa purposes.
2) Minimum of two years of teaching experience preferred at the elementary or early childhood level.
3) TEFL/TESL certificate or equivalents preferred.
4) China based teachers are preferred.
5) Preference given to teachers with valid national or state teaching licenses.
6) English drama teaching experience preferred.

Job Summary:
Lower elementary ESL teachers enjoy short classes (40 minutes maximum) teaching between 19 and 24 classes per week. Working hours 7:50am to 4:40pm, with classes finishing before 4:00pm. Textbook, curriculum, and assessments are provided with ongoing professional development and support. Opportunities for training, PD, and promotion into leadership or International Program Teacher positions (Primary & Middle School) are available to ESL teachers at Baishan School.
