Job Description
Responsibility:
- Support sales activities / Oversea office rate enquiry, provide the best logistics solution and prepare the quotation.
- Keep good relationship with carrier, understand market rate level
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieve the business target together with teammate
- Coordinate with the Operation and Financial department to provide the best service to the customers
- Perform others duties that may assigned
- Assist customer service manager for any special projects
Qualification:
- 1-3 years related working experience in Freight forwarding.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative working attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good English speaking and writing (CET 4 or above) and a Cantonese preferred
- Good command of MS-Office
