Responsibility:

  • Support sales activities / Oversea office rate enquiry, provide the best logistics solution and prepare the quotation.
  • Keep good relationship with carrier, understand market rate level
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieve the business target together with teammate
  • Coordinate with the Operation and Financial department to provide the best service to the customers
  • Perform others duties that may assigned
  • Assist customer service manager for any special projects


Qualification:

  • 1-3 years related working experience in Freight forwarding.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative working attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Good English speaking and writing (CET 4 or above) and a Cantonese preferred
  • Good command of MS-Office
