Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities

*This position is located in Winston-Salem, NC
 
  • Partner to improve and sustain Field and CSC compliance of processes, practices, and procedures
  • Partner with Pepsi CSC Teams, Field Partners, and Headquarters to identify customers and/or Pepsi Locations with a high percentage of exception processing, and leverage analysis and trend tracking to implement changes that drive exception reductions
  • Serve as central point of contact/ process owner for segment of accounts
  • Facilitate and initiate CSC and Field Partner conference calls
  • Interface regularly with Field Control & Compliance, Region Pricing Offices, MU Planners, MU Sales Leaders, KAMs, NASMs, and various other leaders
  • Network with DEAL and HHC teams to facilitate process and technology enhancements
  • Accurately input, maintain, and communicate pricing information for key customers in PBC's financial systems including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual price change requests
  • Handle business transactions in connection with pricing input within defined timelines and standards
  • Facilitate resolution of all discrepancies within the system; troubleshooting with respective contacts and account owners
  • Ensure systems contain accurate information and integrity of data maintained (Customer and Products)
  • Coordinate with location and inventory contacts to ensure the accurate selling of all products and supplies
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, systems, processes, and procedures
