Responsibilities:

• Handle RFQs / RFIs response including but not limited to Air, Ocean, PO Management, Warehousing & Domestics Transportation
• Coordinate with respective departments to consolidate the informative data for the tenders (RFQs/RFIs) submission in an commercial, accurate and timely manner
• Evaluate customer target price and maximize the chance of winning
• Interact with company pricing parties and understand their local access product offerings
• Review RFQ pricing across all services, identify potential threats or influence factors on pricing strategy
• Participate in market research and prepare regular rate analysis for business intelligence in sourcing and market price trend
• To source and evaluate the suppliers and maintain vendor profile for market study and commercial sourcing decision

Requirements:

• Degree Holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry and at least 2 years’ experience in either pricing/tender or Sales/Account Management related experience is preferred
• Excellent computer skills especially Excel
• Demonstrate analytical, numeric skills and awareness
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
