The target of the job is to proactively initiate, negotiate, implement and control long and short term pricing structure in AP markets, with the goal of determining the best prices for the company and maximizing overall company revenues


Conduct market research on prices

1.Conduct market research and gathers competitive intelligence

2.Collect competitor prices and discount structures

3.Look at industry standards, makes clear the pricing strategies of competitors

4.Maintain historical pricing data of competitors

5.Analyze competitive developments and create a fitting pricing response


Establish policies and guidelines

1.Make recommendations regarding pricing policies and discount structures Set prices for new products accordingly

2.Develop and negotiate long term pricing strategy per assigned group of products to meet revenue targets

3.Initiate and negotiate short term tactical prices / promotions

Monitoring pricing in sales company

1.Maintain historical pricing data of the NSC

2.Prepare profitability reports – Highlight which products or customers provide the highest profits for the company

3.Analyze trends to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adaptations accordingly.

4.Review existing prices if necessary (ie if profitability drops, recommends plan for implementing the price increase)



Set-up associated processes

1.Implement Revenue Managements system

2.Implement the filing and distribution of all price lists in an efficient way to ensure fares are available in all distribution channels

3.Coordinate and communicate pricing information for new product releases Coordinate audits and respond to group queries



Life cycle management

1.As an input to PM to manage efficiently the product offer, track major product life cycles for high runners products during all life cycle : from Market introduction stage, to 2.Growth stage, Maturity stage and Saturation and decline stage.

3.Monitor sales and profitability development

4.Monitor new product launches, as well as portfolio age and complexity



Customer journey mapping

1.display customer's experience in all NSC sales channels – considering all customer’s profiles (dealers, installers, end-users)

2.identify key interactions that the customer has with the organization

3.identify user's feelings, motivations and questions for each of the touch points

4. Keep the mapping always up-to-date, create new one whenever necessary (new targeted sales channel, ie online…)



Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on commercial aspects, eg. business administration, Economics or Marketing, or a similar field

Knowledge of Revenue Managements systems

Above 5 years working experience ideally in HVAC or related industries

Ability to communicate in English both in written and oral

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Creativity and independence in developing/implementing long and short term commercially pricing solutions

Strong, quantitative analytical and problem solving skills

well-versed in math and economics

Good leadership and teamwork qualities.

proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Quick and logical thinker

Ability to manage multiple assignments and change priorities under pressure and uncertainty.

Decisive, action and results-oriented
