Role overview
Take a role in automotive industry and dedicate your technical expertise with our highly motivated team on the serial development of powertrain, including engine, transmission, hybrid and e-drive systems. We offer you the chance to work in several projects in close cooperation with our customers and partners.

Your tasks

• Manage and deliver powertrain development project from beginning to end

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with engineering team in Germany

• Identify and manage risks through project either internally or externally

• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

• Effectively communicate project expectations between customer and team members

• Coach, mentor, motive and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

• Take responsibility of powertrain advanced and series development for software or hardware topics.

Your skills

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Automotive Engineering. Education abroad as advantage

• 1 - 2 years working experiences as project manager

• Good knowledge of powertrain development processes in automotive engineering

• Project management experience

• Interest in cross-cultural cooperation and international business trips

• Chinese as mother tongue, very good English skill, German is plus

• Good communication skills

• Customer orientation, teamwork skills and ability to work independently
