Postdoctoral Fellow

The Center for Chinese Media and Comparative Communication Research (C-Centre) at the School of Journalism and Communication is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow. 

Applicants should have a PhD degree in Communication or a relevant discipline. Background in Chinese media studies, comparative research, and/or global communication is preferred. 

Duties include (a) providing assistance to the development and management of research projects at the research center; (b) organising academic activities at the research center; and (c) handling miscellaneous administrative tasks. The appointee may also be requested to aid the teaching and research activities at the School of Journalism and Communication. 

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for two years commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
