Post-doctoral

• Sprearhead research & development of new products, specifications, and processes
• Lead and manage in daily operations of researching team and deliver the KPI of company within the engineering and technical functions
• Manage to solve the problem on material & fabrication process
• Prepare the project plan, schedule, guildlines and reports

 Job Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Physics, Material Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Good spoken and written in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to communicate at all level of an organization with excellent record keeping and report writing skills.
• Proficient in office & graphic software
