Overview:

We are looking for an Portuguese Team Leader to collaborate with us on a long-term project with a large global MNC. As a Team Leader you will oversee the project and supervise daily operations in order to ensure good results. Responsibilities:
- Lead your team consisting of 5 Quality Controllers and 100 transcribers in our global team
- Meet with customers over the phone regularly
- Use databases to monitor results
- Analyze and solve any problems which may occur
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Managers
- Assist HR to recruit team members

Qualifications:
- Native or near native Portuguese speaker (candidates from Brazil preferred)
- Excellent working proficiency in English
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- At least two years of work experience, IT background highly valued
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bachelor degree
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Familiar with MS Office
- Responsible and strong under pressure
- Interest in IT solutions, IT and Web literate
- Professional manner and presentation
