Porsche Centre General Manager 保时捷中心总经理


The General Manager is responsible for managing and guiding all the business operation of the Porsche Centre. S/he shall set up a steady, stable and sustainable business environment based on the Investor Group's vision and value to ensure an optimal profit and development. S/he is responsible for leading the Porsche Centre to achieve all targets, especially targets on sales volume and market share/segment market share.

保时捷中心总经理负责管理和指导所有业务运营。根据所属投资集团的愿景和价值观,建立起一个稳固、稳定和可持续发展的企业环境,确保盈利和发展达到***水平。负责领导整个保时捷中心实现所有既定目标,特别是销售总量、市场份额/细分市场份额方面的目标。


Key duties 岗位职责:

1. Develop the business strategy, performance target and business plan for the Porsche Centre.

依据保时捷中心的年度商业目标,制定年度保时捷中心战略、绩效目标及运营工作计划。

2. Adjust the business strategy according to annual, quarterly and monthly business plan.

依据年度、季度、月度运营工作计划,及时调整营销策略。

3. Create and develop internal management system, business processes and other regulations within the Porsche Centre; monitor and execute the standardisation of process and management of the Porsche Centre; ensure the compliance of operation.

制定和改进保时捷中心内部管理制度、业务流程等相关规定,监督、落实流程和保时捷中心管理的标准化,确保合规经营。

4. Follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the business performance of each department according to the target breakdown; establish an incentive mechanism; make sure that each department achieves the targets.

依据保时捷中心各部门分解的绩效目标,跟踪、及时调整、考核绩效,建立激励机制,确保各部门达成绩效考核。

5. Set up targets with department managers according to the department target breakdown; follow up, timely adjust and evaluate the department managers' performance to ensure their achievement of targets.

依据保时捷中心各部门分解的绩效目标,与各部门经理一起制定其个人绩效目标,跟踪、及时调整、考核绩效,确保各部门经理达成绩效考核。

6. Develop workforce planning in line with the Porsche Centre Business Plan, and follow the overall competency development for Porsche Centre staff.

依据保时捷中心年度商业目标制定人员规划,并跟踪保时捷中心人员整体的能力发展状况

7. Establish, reinforce and maintain a sound and sustainable collaborative relationship among departments of the Porsche Centre, as well as with the third party partner/Porsche China.

建立、加强并维护保时捷中心各部门间及与保时捷中心第三方合作伙伴/保时捷中国的良好持续协作关系。

8. Ensure a good working environment within the Porsche Centre and the ensure effective operation to enhance and maintain customer and employee satisfaction.

确保保时捷中心的工作环境及相关设备的良好运转,提高客户满意度及员工满意度。


Qualifications 岗位要求:

1. University degree or above with business management, marketing management, automobile and other related majors.

本科及以上学历,企业管理、市场营销、汽车等相关专业毕业。

2. At least 10 years' working experiences as General Manager, Executive Director or similar position in luxury car retail industry.

至少10年以上豪华汽车零售行业总经理、执行董事或类似职位的工作经验。

3. Rich experience in team management and good industry management concepts. Understanding the operation mode of modern automobile dealers. Familiar with automobile sales and after-sales business process.

具有丰富的企业团队管理工作经验和良好的行业管理理念, 了解现代汽车经销商的运营模式,熟悉汽车销售和售后业务流程。

4. Basic legal knowledge of enterprise operation management, marketing, finance and automobile industry.

具备企业运营管理、市场营销、财务以及汽车行业基本法律知识

5. Forward-looking business management concept, formulating business targets and reasonable budget well.

具有前瞻性的企业运营管理理念,能很好的制定业务目标及合理预算。

6. Excellent overall planning and integrated management capabilities, careful on work with passion and drive, strong orderliness and logicality, sharp market insight and analytical judgment, patience and meticulousness.

具备优秀的统筹规划和综合管理能力,工作严谨认真,有激情和冲劲,有较强的条理性、逻辑性和敏锐的市场洞察力、分析判断力,并且耐心细致。

7. Strong English and Chinese communication skills, ability of interpersonal, internal and external communication and coordination, able to manage difficult situations.

有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、内外部沟通与协调能力,以及应变能力。

8. Strong ability of conflict handling and working under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

具有较强的冲突处理能力和抗压能力,较强的责任感与敬业精神。
