RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of site development construction documents in CAD based on engineer's directions and according to company standards.
Shall work with site lead civil engineer to gain an understanding of code requirements and design criteria.
Shall be able to work under supervision and have documents occasionally checked during progress and reviewed upon completion.
Must be able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with colleagues & clients.
Proficient in written and oral Chinese and English a must.

Be competent in CAD 2D for AutoCAD, preferred 3D experience, preferred Microstation experience.
Must be willing to learn and willing to work in a 3D modeling environment.
Must have experience with CAD drawing of site design components (grading, site layout, underground utilities).
Must be able to prepare clean and legible drawings at the direction of lead civil engineer.
