Tasks:

1. To finish the plant cost report for Xiangtan and support or guide the business partner to analysis the business performance

2. To finish the yearly budget or rolling forecast for Xiangtan plant

3. To analysis the root cause for the produciton cost variance

4. To build the Xiangtan plant controlling team

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. More than 10 years working experience

3. Good communication and leadship skill

4. Produciton related working experience is preferred
