Manage a medium‐sized plant in order to deliver the products on time, at the right cost and at the best quality for maximizing customer satisfaction.
Improve the order fulfilment process. Install a “learning organization” that is able to develop processes continuously. Work with team to align operations
with the strategic and financial needs of the business.

需求條件：

1. Engineer or technical background (PD’s experience is plus)
2. At least 5 years’ experience in leading OP such as
Assembly, Manufacturing, SMED, Supply Chain, QC,
Lean, EHS
3. Market / Commercial understanding
4. Strong communication skills
5. English language skills on negotiation level
