Competences Needed

1. Bachelor degree in business, engineering, computer science, economics, finance or other quantitative discipline

2. Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus

3. Strong verbal and written English and Chinese

4. Strong communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals

5. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Line Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Sales departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

2. To ensure products are produced efficiently with correct amount at right cost and level of quality.

3. Set up strategy and tactical plan for Inventory Planning & Control and Logistics function to optimize inventory.

4. Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.

5. To plan and organize resources according to a production schedule.

6. Estimating staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions.

7. Find the abnormal production in time and follow the production problem until solved.

8. Implement and monitor performance of Safety\Quality\On Time Delivery\Inventory Turn-Over\cost and so on.

9. Manage transportation providers including selection, qualification and performance evaluation.

10. Ensure the execution processes for export and import shipments, incorporating steps to drive cost effective and timely delivery to global customers.

11. Develop and manage the Regional transportation operations budget and all related fiscal forecasting and planning activities

12. Other tasks requested.
