Act as Qingpu local HR & Admin team, deliver all human resource activities, including develop, implement and administer HR strategies and practices that enable the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives ?
Act as strategic HR partner to business units and leaders by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice. ?
Organization diagnosis and develop organization competency to support short term, mid-term and long-term business objectives. ?
Foster high performance culture by effective managing performance management system and continuously improving the quality of performance management process. ?
Build up talent pipeline through systematic talent identity, assessment, development. ?
Manpower planning and monitor effective recruitment to attract good talents of all levels to fulfill manpower needs, especially in peak season ?
Provide support for employee relation issues. ?
Build and maintain government relationship

8+ years Human resource working years and over 5 years HR management experience, rich knowledge in organization development, talent management, leadership development and etc.
Company Size over 500+, labor intensive manufacturing is preferable ?
Demonstrate influence and leadership on business leaders and team management. ?
Initiative& acute sense of urgency and problem solving ability ?
Good communication skill and can work under great pressure
