厂医主要负责超级工厂现场医疗服务及员工职业健康服务和健康促进项目的推广和实施，。The purposes of plant doctor are to be responsible for medical on site service, and provide OH service and health promotion activity in GF3

工作职责Responsibility：

• To design and manage onsite clinic daily operation in GF3, manage onsite medical supplier, provide primary medical care onsite to the patient and appropriate emergency medical/ trauma response and care.规划并运营GF3现场医务室，管理医疗服务供应商，提供基础医疗服务，急诊服务及外伤处理。
• Undertake periodic health and hygiene or occupational health inspections of the site facilities and provide assistance in identifying health and industry hygiene needs, support with the occupational health risk assessment.承担岗位职业健康检查监督，协助辨识健康及工业卫生需求，协助职业健康风险评估。
• To work with the health check supplier and internal departments for the health check issue and follow up with the abnormal result. To coordinate and arrange updating the associates’ occupational health surveillance documentation on a regular basis according to the legal requirement.与供应商及内部相关部门合作开展各项体检工作，并随访异常结果。协调建立职业健康监护档案并按要求定期更新完善。
• Develop and implement Health Promotion/ Awareness Events that have a demonstrated impact on health of associates & has business impact. 计划及实施厂区健康促进计划。
• To work with emergency team to participate in the emergency response and incident investigations, to provide work process review and return to work assessment in accordance with the department guideline.与应急管理团队协作参与厂区应急事件反应，参与事故调查，完成工作流程评估及返岗评估。
• Ensure high quality service of daily clinic operations: medicine stock control, ordering of medical equipment if required, ensure regular maintenance & repair of medical equipment, ensure proper handling of medical records, Ensure and maintain confidentiality of patient medical records in accordance with ethical code that governs health professionals, ensure clinic hygiene is maintained in accordance to relevant work instruction.确保高质量诊所医疗服务，包括药品耗材管理，设备申购维护及维修，档案管理。 确保病人病例保密性，确保诊所卫生。
• To implement First aid kit and first aider management in accordance with the department guideline and provide first aider training.急救箱及急救员管理，提供急救培训。

任职要求Qualification：

• Internal medicine内科医生
• 5 years medical working experience。5年及以上医疗工作经验。
• Onsite medical officer experience is preferred 有现场医疗或职业健康管理经验优先。
• Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).较强的计算机运用能力（Excel，PPT，Project软件）；
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 能有效进行跨功能团队合作的能力。
