KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the General Manager (direct line) and the Global group controller (dotted line), the CFO will direct and lead all financial forecasting, budgeting, controlling and financial reporting functions for the Site.

This is a highly strategic and operational position that will ensure the development of forecasts for future business growth and general financial outlook and provide leadership through working closely with Senior Management in the accurate and timely reporting and financial results. The CFO will also develop standard management reporting rhythms, KPI’s, and conduct ad-hoc analysis of key opportunities for the Company. This position will be the “Go-To” resource for the leadership team from a financial perspective for their operations in China.

Other responsibilities include:

? Leading the preparation of the financial results and reporting on a monthly and Quarterly

Basis (local GAAP as well as IFRS).

? In charge of proper compliance of all tax and other regulatory filings in all the Companies

jurisdictions (proper statutory compliance).

? Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected

variance.

? Conduct regular review of expenditures, assets (CAPEX control) and liabilities, making sure

the recorded figures are verifiable and accurate. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

? Management of internal controls function across all aspects of the business.

? Treasury management.

? Ensure expense items are according to budget and in accordance with Company processes.

? Oversee and ensure all financial filings reporting to the authorities and HQ are accurate and

complete. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.

? Work closely with the Company’s tax advisors to develop financial and tax strategies.

? Maintain relations with external auditors and advisors, investigate their findings and

recommendations.

? Being a member of the Plant Management team. Support the Plant GM with all financial

aspects of the plant which includes but is not limited to:

o Initiating and implementing Cost savings programs

o Align with plant GM to drive business strategy

o Work closely with the plant management to monitor and provide analysis of the Plant

operational KPIs

o Ensuring employee benefits in Company locations are in norm with industry, with

particular emphasis on maximizing the cost-effective for the Company

o Work closely with the legal department and insurance advisors on all legal and

Insurance aspects of the plant

o Negotiations with major partners and suppliers to ensure financial conditions of

contracts are favorable for the Company.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of business judgment. S/He will have a comprehensive understanding of analytical and business process review procedures. S/He will possess strong taxation and accounting understanding (both in local GAAP as well as IFRS).

S/He will be able to quickly grasp company operations and business drivers and will possess a

high degree of integrity and independence with at least 10 years’ experience in financial

management.

Key characteristics for the successful candidate will include:

? CPA.

? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

? Experience in fast-growing/dynamic environment, preferably with a global industrial

organization.

? Experience in working with a Corporate HQ.

? Experience as a CFO / Finance Director position for at least 4 years is required.

? Experience in tax filling and reporting.

? Previous experience working in a large CPA firm (Big 4).

? Strong knowledge of SOX regulations preferred.

? Strong and proven experience with Financial IT/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, MS Office

Suite).
