Department: Planning & Project Management

In this position, you will: 

• Assist in the formulation of network strategy / planning which is in line with company objectives
• Oversee the project including quality control, progress monitoring, design coordination, value enhancement, planning and overall administration
• Assist to design future process model and to build business and system requirements
• Identify project issues and risk and develop projects scopes, plans, schedules and budget
• Lead and drive improvement on process and system
• Prepare reports for budget management
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications, IT or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years' working experience in project management, preferable in Telecom industry
• PMP Certified is preferred but not a must
• Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
