We are a company holding construction and property management business. To cope with our rapid expansion, we are inviting high caliber personnel to fill the following position:

Planning Manager(Ref: PLANNING MGR-ISP)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the schedule and plan for the project, including design, statutory submissions and approvals, procurement process, construction, inspection
• Coordinate technical input from various departmental disciplines
• Innovative thinking on technical approaches for building construction
• Analysis and consolidate technical methodology for tender preparation Reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction/Engineering or related disciplines
• 10 years or above Building Construction Experience
• Candidates with lower academic qualification or less experience will also be considered for assistant grade
• Familiar with statutory submission procedures at various construction stages
• Proficient in project planning software applications (MS Project, Primavera P3 & P6)
• Experience on preparing technical proposal and tender submission
• Able to work independently and work together with other team members
