Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal teams for the demands on finsh goods and work out the deforst, Pick & Pack plan and place order to HAVI and Multizen.

• Work with logistics team for the stock defrost and clearnace to ensure the Chocolate arrive Multizen on time to fulfil Pick & Pack plan.

• Monitor Pick & Pack operation in Multizen. Such as acuracy, schedule and related stock transfer between Godiva warehouse and Multizen.

• Monitor monthly stock take in Multizen and reconcile the stock in Godiva ERP.

• Work with marketing and sles team for the seasonal products launch plan.

• Check the monthly billing from Multizen and manage the payment process.

• Place SPO in ERP system.

• Work closely with master data and Multizen for the BOM data checking in ERP.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years' experince in planning or supply chain area, familiar with food indsucty will be certainly a plus.

• Excellent communciation skills and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent in data analysis with Excel.

• Bachelor degree preferes major in planning related subjects.
