Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in submissions and programme control；；
• Manage and update the Master Programme accordingly;
• Prepares the 4-week Rolling plans so that they are consistent with the logic and the objectives of the MP, and identifies the critical paths and major milestones of the project;
• Sets up and follows up the planning of the customer interfaces, making sure that the internal objectives are consistent with external constraints;
• Monitors, on behalf of the Project on-shore group, all the information relating to progress that it requires to coordinate the overall operation and control the performance of the various tasks;
• Identifies the deviations from forecasts and directs corrective actions;
• Prepare and review project document deliverables according to the contract requirements.
Requirements:
• University graduate in Signalling or related majors;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with minimum 3 years of experience in project management;
• The following knowledge and experience will be an advantage:
o Knowledge in CBTC Signalling system.
o Familiar with MTR safe regulations；
• Hands on experience in project management tool: Oracle Primavera P6 Professional;
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English；
• Residence in Hong Kong.
