Job Description
Basic Role:
- order receiving and due date commitment
- forecast management and demand maintenance in ERP system
- job order planning and releasing
- delivery scheduling and rescheduling to meet on time delivery
- work closely with sales team to answer the customer demand change such as pull-in/push-out
- backup sales team to join in QBR and report the service improvement
Education/Training/Experience:
Graduate from college ,majoring in Commerce & Trade is preferred.
More than 1 years relevant working experience in customer service, sales or customer service;
Good English verbal and written communication skills,CET-4 is must;
Able to work under pressure and enjoy details;
Responsible attitude, learning ability, self motivation, honesty, ambition and team working sprit are extremely required.
Excellent skill on Excel, PPT, WORD and office software.
